Mental health support for Stepan after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, Stepan has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Lviv cost $20 each. Stepan has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Stepan could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
