After the death of both parents, Rubel has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Coimbatore Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
Rubel has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Rubel could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Rubel, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
