Mental health support for Marían after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, María has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Tarragona Wellbeing Centre cost $60 each.
María has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions María could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for María, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
