Mental health support for Marcel after the death of both parents
After the death of both parents, Marcel has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $2,350.

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Berlin Wellbeing Centre cost $100 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• 24 therapy sessions: $2,000
• Psychiatric assessment: $300
• Workbook and resources: $50
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

how is Marcel doing now?
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Love from Narayanganj
Take care. Hope the doctors have good news. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Take care
Good luck. Your post was clear and honest. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best
Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
Thanks for sharing this, Marcel. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. It's not much but it's yours
