Mental health support for Hanneke after a long hospital stay

After a long hospital stay, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at the The Hague Counselling Collective cost $105 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $1,950. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Happy to explain more.
