Manee's final semester of a nursing degree in Pattaya

Manee is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Pattaya Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750. The registrar has said Manee can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Manee has a top-ten-percent average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Manee would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
