Let's build a skate park together in Quezon City

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Maple Primary School, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $200. It will serve about 514 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered. Where the $200 goes: • Tools hire and delivery: $100 • Safety equipment and signage: $70 • Permits and inspections: $30 With deep gratitude, Wilfredo
