Let's build a sensory garden for children with autism together in Thane
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $450 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 10 volunteers, including the neighborhood football club, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Park, but no funding.
We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 520 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Materials: $300
• Permits and inspections: $45
• Safety equipment and signage: $35
• Tools hire and delivery: $70
