Let's build a sensory garden for children with autism together in Cardiff
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a sensory garden for children with autism - we need $2,650 for materials.

For five years the neighborhood has asked for a sensory garden for children with autism. This year a group of 8 volunteers, including a group of teenagers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Baobab health centre yard, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $2,650.
It will serve about 500 people, including children, seniors and people with disabilities. We'll hold a build day in November and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,650 goes:
• Materials: $2,100
• Permits and inspections: $290
• Safety equipment and signage: $105
• Tools hire and delivery: $155
