Let's build a rainwater harvesting system together in Rajshahi
Volunteers in Rajshahi are raising $450 for a rainwater harvesting system at Unity Park.

For eight years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 13 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Unity Park, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $450.
It will serve about 118 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in May and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $450 goes:
• Permits and inspections: $20
• Materials: $400
• Safety equipment and signage: $30
