Let's build a community garden together in Cox's Bazar

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a community garden. This year a group of 16 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the Unity health centre yard, but no funding. We have received donated soil and plants, and the remaining cost is $350. It will serve about 430 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited. We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos. All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance. Where the $350 goes: • Materials: $210 • Permits and inspections: $45 • Safety equipment and signage: $60 • Tools hire and delivery: $35 Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.
