Legal fees for Aditi's residency renewal in Nashik
Help Aditi cover the fees of a residency renewal so She can stay with her family.
🇮🇳 India998 views
Aditi is facing a residency renewal. The hearing is scheduled for November, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $400. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Aditi has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at Nashik Welcome Centre has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Aditi could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
The money goes to the immigration attorney's trust account and the court filing office. I'll upload receipts with sensitive details removed.
Where the $400 goes:
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $20
• Attorney retainer: $270
• Filing and biometrics fees: $110
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Good luck, Ajay. Shared it with a few friends. Please keep us posted. All the best.
hope it all works out, Ajay. Your post was clear and honest. After 23 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Nashik
Stay strong, Ajay. Hope this works out for you. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Nashik.
Praying for you, Ajay. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
Sending strength, Ajay. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. All the best.
Take care, Ajay. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
