Carol was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in June. The surgeon at London Community Hospital recommended laparoscopic cyst removal, and She is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $10,000, and after what the public health scheme will pay we're still $5,050 short.
