Keep the water on at Nathaniel's home in Madina
Nathaniel is behind on water bills after losing my job in February and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $150. I have never been late before losing my job in February.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Nathaniel's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $150 goes:
• Utility arrears: $95
• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $30
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
- due date
- 2025-06-07
- bill type
- Utility arrears
