Ethan is behind on water bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $800 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Ethan received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless $800 is paid. He had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Ethan called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Ethan is working on getting back on his feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Ethan's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
