Keep the gas on at Douglas's home in Dallas
Douglas is behind on gas bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $950 to avoid a shut-off.

The gas account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $950. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $90 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through the rainy season without gas isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
