Keep the electricity and water on at Rani's home in Jakarta Selatan

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $150. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which I don't have. I live with a disabled brother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
