Keep the electricity and water on at Putri's home in Jakarta
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Putri needs $150 before November.

The electricity and water account is 3 months behind. Putri received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before July's medical emergency.
Putri called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Putri is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
