Keep the electricity and water on at Imran's home in Narayanganj

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on February unless I pay $100. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through winter without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
