Jun is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Los Angeles Polytechnic, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a barista to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,150. The registrar has said Jun can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Jun has a top-ten-percent average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Jun would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Jun isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Los Angeles Polytechnic bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
