Josiah's final semester of a master's in public health in Mobile
A first-generation student, Josiah needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a master's in public health.

Josiah is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at the Mobile Institute of Technology, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,550.
The registrar has said Josiah can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Josiah has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Josiah would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Josiah isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Mobile Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Final term tuition: $3,000
• Exam and lab fees: $300
• Textbooks and materials: $280

So sorry you're going through this. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
