Help Rodrigo through 12 rounds of treatment for thyroid cancer
Rodrigo is facing thyroid cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Rodrigo was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in August. The oncology team at Alicante University Hospital has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Rodrigo is 33, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Alicante University Hospital 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $5,050 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $2,400
• Transport to Alicante University Hospital: $400
• Household costs while unable to work: $940
• Scans and lab work: $1,310
