Help Paul finish a pharmacy diploma at Ogbomosho University - $700 to go

Paul is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a pharmacy diploma at Ogbomosho University, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700. The registrar has said Paul can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Paul has a first-class average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Paul would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Paul isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Ogbomosho University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
