Help Obiageli restart a barbershop in Kano after a long illness and repossession
Obiageli lost clippers, chairs and mirrors to a long illness and repossession and needs $350 to reopen a barbershop and support the family.

For four years I have run a barbershop in Kano. In March, a long illness and repossession took clippers, chairs and mirrors. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 8 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $350 goes:
• Replacing clippers, chairs and mirrors: $270
• Shop repairs and licensing: $35
• Initial stock: supplies: $45
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Kano.
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Thinking of Kano.
