Help me pay for cataract surgery at San Diego University Hospital

In December I was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor. My surgeon at San Diego University Hospital recommended cataract surgery, and I have been placed on the schedule for February. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $7,250, and after what our health plan will pay, I'm still $3,650 short.
