Help me pay for ACL reconstruction at Bandung Regional Medical Center
A scheduled ACL reconstruction in June is out of reach without help covering $200 of the cost.

In March I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in the right knee. My surgeon at Bandung Regional Medical Center recommended ACL reconstruction, and I have been placed on the schedule for June. The hospital's financial office gave me a written estimate of $400, and after what my insurance will pay, I'm still $200 short.
Doctors at Bandung Regional Medical Center told me osteoarthritis in the right knee will get worse without ACL reconstruction. I work as a call-centre agent, and I have saved what I can, but the estimate of $400 is far beyond what I've.
Until the surgery I can't work full days, and my hours as a call-centre agent have already been cut. Every week of waiting means more pain and a bigger risk.
The recovery period is expected to take about 7 weeks. I'll not be able to lift anything heavy during that time, so this has become a financial emergency as well as a medical one.
I'll pay the hospital and pharmacy directly and post every receipt in the updates section.
Where the $200 goes:
• Physiotherapy sessions: $105
• Post-operative medication: $55
• Pre-operative tests and imaging: $40
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

thinking of you. I hope things turn around soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
