Help me finish an accounting degree at Nashik University - $850 to go

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Nashik University, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $850.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my academic advisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Nashik University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $530
• Final term tuition: $260
• Exam and lab fees: $15
• Textbooks and materials: $45

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. outstanding tuition balance comes first ($530) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for looking so closely.
