Help me finish an accounting degree at Bengaluru Community College - $400 to go
A first-generation student, Umesh needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of an accounting degree.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Bengaluru Community College, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a delivery rider to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $400.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Bengaluru Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $400 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $40
• Final term tuition: $350
• Exam and lab fees: $10
Thanks for reading all this.

Good luck. Study hard! We're a small family in London but we're thinking of you. Blessings.
How is Umesh doing now?
Praying for you, Umesh. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Blessings
Hope things get better soon, Umesh. Looking forward to the next update. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Greetings from Madrid.
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Umesh.
Sure. The biggest one is textbooks and materials, $40. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
Best of luck. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Buenos Aires
