Help Lourdes restart a bicycle repair shop in Iloilo City after the demolition of the market
Lourdes lost a full set of tools to the demolition of the market and needs $600 to reopen a bicycle repair shop and support the family.

For six years I have run a bicycle repair shop in Iloilo City. In May, the demolition of the market took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 4 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a full set of tools: $330
• Initial stock: spare parts: $130
• Shop repairs and licensing: $95
• Working capital for the first month: $45
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
Updates from Lourdes
Small update. $102 so far, I made the first payment toward working capital for the first month.
Small update. $62 so far, the plan for replacing a full set of tools is now scheduled.
