Help Filippo through 8 rounds of treatment for cervical cancer
Filippo is facing cervical cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Filippo was diagnosed with cervical cancer in August. The oncology team at Verona Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Filippo is 35, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Verona Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $8,750 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,650
• Scans and lab work: $980
• Transport to Verona Regional Medical Center: $380
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,740
