Eva was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in October. The oncology team at Los Angeles University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in January. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Eva is 49, worked as a bank teller until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Los Angeles University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,150
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $450
