Deepa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a law degree at Riverside University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,450.
The registrar has said Deepa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Deepa has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Deepa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Deepa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Deepa.
