Help Cynthia through 8 rounds of treatment for colon cancer

Cynthia was diagnosed with colon cancer in September. The oncology team at London University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in January. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Cynthia is 40, worked as a shop owner until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to London University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Household costs while unable to work: $1,900
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $8,000
• Transport to London University Hospital: $1,150
