The registrar has said Cristina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Cristina has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Cristina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
