Help Alok lay Madhu to rest with dignity in New Delhi
After the sudden passing of Madhu, the family is asking for help with the funeral home and burial costs.

Madhu, my mother, passed away on 12 September after a stroke. She was 73 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $550 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 26 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Madhu to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the New Delhi hospice.
Where the $550 goes:
• Funeral home services and casket: $300
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $130
• Transport of the deceased: $45
• Memorial gathering for the family: $75
