Hazel is a single parent of twin daughters - help us after a house fire
After a house fire, Hazel is raising twin daughters alone and needs $3,900 to stay afloat for 6 months.

Last September I went through a house fire, and I'm now raising twin daughters on my own. I work as a part-time receptionist, but my income doesn't cover rent, childcare and groceries.
I'm retraining as a dental nurse in the evenings, which will triple my income by January, but I need to bridge the gap until then.
Some weeks I skip meals so my children can eat. I have never asked anyone for help like this before, and I'm doing it for them.
Once I finish my course, I'll pay it forward.
Every cent is accounted for. I'll share a simple monthly breakdown.
Where the $3,900 goes:
• Rent top-up: $1,800
• Childcare and after-school care: $590
• Groceries and school meals: $820
• Course fees and exam costs: $690
Thanks for reading all this.

So sorry you're going through this, Hazel. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
Good luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I'll check back for the next update
So sorry you're going through this. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Love from Richards Bay.
Best of luck, Hazel. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out!
