Hadley's final semester of a pharmacy diploma in Toronto
Hadley has worked and saved for five years to study a pharmacy diploma; a $4,900 gap now stands between her and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a pharmacy diploma at the Toronto Institute of Technology, and I'm one term away from graduating. I have worked as a tutor to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $4,900.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.9 average, and my professor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $4,900 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $2,300
• Final term tuition: $2,450
• Exam and lab fees: $70
• Textbooks and materials: $80
Thank you so much.

can I help in a way that isn't money? I'm near Toronto!
Thank you. If you're in Toronto I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Thanks, that means a lot.
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My neighbor in Galway donated after I showed her your page.
