Hadi is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Mansoura State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $750.
The registrar has said Hadi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Hadi has a distinction average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Hadi would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Hadi isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $750 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $370
• Final term tuition: $290
• Exam and lab fees: $35
• Textbooks and materials: $55

Take care, Rami. Hope you get there. I hope April is when things finally get easier. All the best
Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Hadi!
Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. outstanding tuition balance comes first ($370) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid. Thanks for asking.
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Thinking of Mansoura.

Wishing you peace, Rami. I hope things turn around soon. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Mansoura.
