Ginger's a tumor on the spleen: help with the vet bill
Please help Elaine pay for Ginger's emergency treatment at Duque de Caxias Animal Hospital.

Ginger is my dog of nine years. On 21 September we rushed to Duque de Caxias Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $950.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Duque de Caxias Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $950 goes:
• Medication and follow-up visits: $100
• Emergency surgery: $730
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $120
