Tiffany, my wife, passed away on 16 November after a short illness. She was 61 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $2,100 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 1 December.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Tiffany to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to a neighborhood youth program.

• Transport of the deceased: $135
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $1,500
• Memorial gathering for the family: $465
