Flávio's final semester of an accounting degree in Maringá

Flávio is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at Maringá Community College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,000. The registrar has said Flávio can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Flávio has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Flávio would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Flávio isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Maringá Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
