Fighting thyroid cancer: help Suresh afford treatment in Hubballi

Suresh was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in August. The oncology team at Hubballi Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Suresh is 29, worked as a primary school teacher until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Hubballi Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
