Fighting thyroid cancer: help Evelyn afford treatment in Augusta

Evelyn was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in October. The oncology team at Augusta Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in February. She will be away from work for about 3 weeks.
Evelyn is 25, worked as a farmer until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Augusta Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,600 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $980
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $3,300
• Transport to Augusta Cancer Centre: $820
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,500
