Fighting stomach cancer: help Bambang afford treatment in Surakarta
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Surakarta University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Bambang was diagnosed with stomach cancer in May. The oncology team at Surakarta University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Bambang is 36, worked as a hairdresser until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Surakarta University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Household costs while unable to work: $180
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $110
