Fighting stage 3 ovarian cancer: help Rory afford treatment in Galway

In August I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. My oncology team at Galway Cancer Centre has planned 4 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in December. I was told to expect about 10 weeks away from work.
I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 55, I worked as a bus conductor until August, and I have been the main earner for my household.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Galway Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly.
My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $6,350 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $780
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $3,100
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,900
• Transport to Galway Cancer Centre: $570
