Fighting prostate cancer: help Craig afford treatment in Southampton

In May I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. My oncology team at Southampton Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, and the first starts in August. I was told to expect about 3 weeks away from work.
I never imagined I'd be writing something like this. I'm 51, I worked as a nurse until May, and I have been the main earner for my household.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, transport to Southampton Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income I have lost add up quickly.
My family is doing everything they can, but we've already sold what we could and are borrowing for groceries.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $9,700 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $8,500
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $570
• Transport to Southampton Regional Medical Center: $630

Sure. The biggest one is chemotherapy and medication not covered, $8,500. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
