Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Charmaine afford treatment in Taguig
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Taguig Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Charmaine was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in July. The oncology team at Taguig Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Charmaine is 34, worked as a bus conductor until July, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Taguig Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $900 goes:
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $155
• Household costs while unable to work: $370
• Transport to Taguig Regional Medical Center: $195
• Scans and lab work: $180

Shared it with a few friends. Wish I lived closer to Springfield so I could bring a meal. Blessings
