Fighting early-stage lung cancer: help Anan afford treatment in Khon Kaen
12 rounds of treatment are planned at the Khon Kaen Oncology Institute; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Anan was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in May. The oncology team at the Khon Kaen Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Anan is 36, worked as a construction supervisor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Khon Kaen Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $2,350 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,400
• Scans and lab work: $240
• Transport to the Khon Kaen Oncology Institute: $155
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $160
• Household costs while unable to work: $395
