Satria was diagnosed with colon cancer in January. The oncology team at Jakarta Selatan Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in February. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Satria is 25, worked as a tailor until January, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jakarta Selatan Cancer Centre 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
