Feed 91 families each week at the Thursday Table in Thủ Đức
The the Thursday Table pantry in Thủ Đức is running low just as demand rises; $400 will stock it for 11 weeks.

Since 2021, our volunteer team has run the Thursday Table every Monday from the back of a community center. We started with 20 families, and now we feed 91 each week.
Donations have dropped by about 56% this rainy season, while the line has grown every single week.
We rely on volunteers - 9 of us - and keep no salaries or overhead. I buy staples at wholesale prices at the Thủ Đức market and keep every receipt.
Each $10 feeds a family of four for a week.
I'll post the weekly shopping receipts and a photo of the shelves each Sunday.
Where the $400 goes:
• Baby formula and diapers: $95
• Rice, beans, flour and oil (wholesale): $220
• Fresh vegetables and fruit: $85
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
